EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT STOCKPILE

 The East Orange Office of Emergency Management maintains an emergency equipment stockpile.  The equipment is primarily for:

• Emergency Power Generation
• Emergency Lighting
• Incident Management & Emergency Communications
• Flooding
• Search & Rescue

 INVENTORY

 Power Generation

EOOEM has 1.5 kw to 10 kw power generators available. Generators in the 10, 20, and 40 kw range have both single-and three-phase capability. Power sources for the generators are gasoline and diesel.

 Pumps

2” pumps are available with 140 gallons per minute (gpm) capacity. Pumps are gasoline  powered.

 Light Tower

• The towable light tower has four 1000 Watt Metal Halide fixtures.
• The lighting covers up to 7 acres.
• The 30ft. three part mast can be rotated 360 degrees.
