Provides dental care for school age children.  Appointment needed.

Dental- Clinics held Monday –Friday; 8:30am- 4:30 pm at the East Orange Department of Health and Human Services in the ground floor clinic area. Outreach, education and screenings of school-aged children are conducted in city schools. To request a session, call for information or an appointment at 973-266-5477, Mrs. Elaine Hall, Coordinator of Dental Services. The dental staff participates in community outreach/education events as scheduled.

HIV COUNSELING AND TESTING

Free HIV counseling and testing for ages 13 and up (NO PARENTAL CONSENT NEEDED). Referral system available. All services confidential and/or anonymous.

Counseling and testing is available to the public at large. Testing available in East Orange, Orange, and West Orange. Hours: East Orange – Walk-in: Monday 1:00-3:30pm and Wednesday 9:00am-3:30pm. Appointment only: Monday 9:00am-12:00pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. Orange and West Orange – Walk-in clinics on selected days each month, call for schedule or more information at 973-266-5454.
