Fees are as follows (remittance in cash only when presented in person and money order only when sent through mail):

NOTE: Certificates can only be obtained in this office if the event occurred in the City of East Orange. It is mandatory that requestor supply two (2) forms of identification proving your immediate relationship to record on file (self, mother, father, sister, brother or spouse) and proof of current street address.
