Conducts a continuing evaluation of the various positions in the classified service as to duties and responsibilities thereof and classification of the same in the class and salary range most appropriate thereto. In charge of recruiting, screening, hiring, training, orientation and evaluation of all personnel employed or considered for employment by the City of East Orange. Maintains a current list of all vacancies by department, title and job description.
