FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE The East Orange Water Commission is on the Internet with Self-Service - Pay Online Technology
East Orange, NJ, October 13, 2008 –East Orange Water Commission customers can now pay their bills online via the internet by accessing the Water Commission’s website, www.eowater.com using Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards, Discover credit cards or an eCheck authorization.
The pay online portal can be accessed via a link through both the Water Commission’s and the City’s homepage, or via the Pay My Bill page on the Water Commission’s website. The East Orange Water Commission has undertaken appropriate safeguards to preserve the integrity of the network and computing infrastructure. Security measures have been and continue to be integrated into the entire operating environment as part of the East Orange Water Commission's ongoing commitment to risk management.
Customers can also pay by credit or debit card by contacting Customer Service at 973.266.8869, or by visiting the cashier window or payment kiosk in the Lobby of the East Orange Water Commission Headquarters at 99 South Grove St, East Orange, NJ from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. While visiting the website, customers can also register to view their bill history online by selecting “My Account” from the homepage, and are able to view billing, payment and usage history.
