Yes.  In order to qualify the Senior Citizen (1) must be at least 65 years of age as of December 31st of the preceding year; (2) own at least 50% of the property; and (3) income cannot exceed $10,000.00 (excluding social security).  Take proof of all items to the Tax Assessor's office to file an application.  For additional information call 973-266-5182.
