On Friday, February 2, 2007 at 11:00 AM the City of East Orange will “Go Red” in support of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Movement.  Go Red Day is part of a National movement to empower women to protect their heart through lifestyle choices, actions, and education regarding the serious risks of women and heart disease.

Mayor Robert L. Bowser, the East Orange City Council, and the East Orange Department of Health & Human Services would like to invite you to wear your favorite piece of red clothing and support this heart healthy program.  Come out and enjoy this fun, yet educational, program.  The program will take place in the East Orange City Hall Council Chambers located at 44 City Hall Plaza.
