An Invitation for Vendors

for the East Orange City Wide Picnic

The City of East Orange wishes to invite vendors to sell their products and merchandise at the upcoming 2^nd Annual City-Wide Family Day Picnic in Elmwood Park, scheduled for Saturday, August 11, 2007 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The rain date is set for Sunday, August 12 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Potential vendors must fulfill the following standards:

¨      Vendors must provide their own table and chars

¨      Vendors must possess proof of an East Orange Vending Permit

¨      A special one-day East Orange Vending Permit is available for $50.00

¨      The permit is payable by cash or money order made out to the City of East Orange, Division of Senior Services

¨      The deadline for requesting a vending table is August 3^rd. Space is limited; first come, first served.

¨      SORRY, NO FOOD VENDORS
